But seriously now. Where you have Namek Goku, Ryan? 250mil? 375mil?

I imagine Goku's base to be something like 4,500,000 to 5,000,000, so close to 250 mil sounds right.

Although to be honest I forgot that I even made this thread, so my viewpoints have probably changed quite a bit since then.

I don't really like having multi-fold gaps in power levels anymore, which means I wouldn't have #16 or Warm up Cell having nearly as high of a gap on their opponents simply because they can tank their attacks.

I also nowadays go with a 2x multiplier on SSj2, as I find that 2x still leaves enough wiggle room for Gohan to go from being no match for Cell to Cell being no match for Gohan.

So you don't follow tank gaps anymore?

I would love to work with a 2x boost, but Cell failing to make Gohan bleed and the fact i already have Grade 2 as 2x are holding me back on this.

If you don't obsess to the point where everything has to be multi-fold because reasons, then yes.

King Cold was at full power if he was hiding any power than he would have powered up when Trunks killed Freeza rather than act like a coward and try to attack him with his own sword.

No, he wouldn't have (but Cold's power wasn't that high either).
Cold considered himself weaker than Mecha, and he thought the sword was the reason behind Trunk's destructive power. Trying to power up to what he considered to be an inferior power to the one that was killed just in front of him wouldn't have been wise if his strategy was to try to steal Trunk's sword.

I disagree with the list nearly from the beginning because it inflates the SSJ forms way too much. Also, Mecha > Namek Freezer is an error of interpretation as I see it (if Namek Freezer is .96, Mecha has to be .30 at best. And that's considering that "namek Freezer" means "namek injured freezer", because if not then it's more like 0.09 or something like that).
