Round one: just has to stop the train
Round two: has to save Luffy who is handcuffed on the way to Mariejoas for execution, by stopping the train.
Round three: has to save Luffy, Sanji, Usopp, Zoro, Chopper, Robin, Nami, Brook who are on the train heading for execution, by stopping the train.
This is probably Franky's recurring bad dream.
