The humans are about the same for the rest of the arcs. Kuririn and Yamcha are confirmed to have slacked off and Tenshinhan just maintenance training nothing that would make him really any stronger.

Vegeta being at 250,000 just doesn't make any sense. Krillin, whose at least around 200,000, treats Vegeta as his complete superior and says that Freeza must be really strong if Vegeta needs any kind of help from them to win, and says Vegeta is so strong he surpassed his limits completely. Also, When Freeza's scouter scales Vegeta's power before it explodes , the tyrant actually gasps in surprise before recovering his composure. The same Freeza also said that Vegeta's statement about him being able to win wasn't a complete lie. As KP once said; Vegeta being at 250,000 makes me question basic reading skills.

Also, Freeza did a enormous power-up in front of Vegeta and the others, and the Saiyan Prince still kept his composure and managed to grapple with Freeza for several seconds before they both gave up and backed off. While Vegeta was in the losing side, they both had to exert a lot of effort into the grapple. I doubt Freeza is over twice as strong as Vegeta.

The only way I can see that scuffle making any sense with Veggie being 250k is if he was physically twice as strong as Freeza, but even that's reaching to the moon.

Ki is what supplies most of the physical strength, so Vegeta would have to be pulling strength out of nowhere IMO.
