Potential argument for Hatchiyack to be stronger than maybe even SPC

Hatchiyack proved to be able to tank SSJ Vegeta's Final Flash:

Super Perfect Cell showed caution when it comes to receive blasts from SSJ Vegeta:

Possible counter: Cell showing caution to those attacks doesn't make sense as his gap over Vegeta is far larger than the one he held over Piccolo in his Imperfect form in which he walked to receive it and the gap he held over Super Vegeta which makes him walk through ki blasts.

Another counter: A Cell Jr caught and deflected a Final Flash from Vegeta. Though it wasn't charged as long as the first one, it should still be stronger than the first Final Flash at a base level.
