Aren't they fast enough to create an another parallel timeline? That's got to be beyond than DB I think.

CW Flash is also able to do it despite being only a couple dozen Mach. Creating timelines and such is generously a lightspeed+ feat as far as quantifiabie evidence goes, anything beyond that is unquantifiable; hence why I said the Powerpuff Girls are FTL.

King Kai is not able to track Super Saiyan Goku and 100% Freeza's movements around despite being able to keep up with Goku's space pod, which went potentially millions of light years in 6 days when it crossed galaxies to reach Namek; that's a massively FTL combat feat.

Likewise, Ginyu Arc Goku can alter his ki so fast that the scouters can't even detect a change, despite the fact they're able to receive and send data at massively FTL speeds, as shown when Vegeta immediately hears Raditz's transmission from Earth in another section of the galaxy altogether.

And I'm assuming this is limited to the canon Dragon Ball, because the anime has countless MFTL speed feats, too.

How far they get depends on how you interpret Jheese's scouter not being able to track Goku's bursts of power. Personally, I wouldn't say it's a MFTL+ feat as that would be assuming that a scouter's battle power reading is as quick as its communication ability which are two separate functions of the device. It's hard to say how fast the scouter readout is in the manga since most of the longer segments are due to a character powering up, but it doesn't seem instantaneous in its calculation of things such as homing in on a power's location. For what the anime is worth, it definitely seems to suggest it takes a few seconds. That said, I'd say 90k Goku is just Relativistic in speed.

With all that said, the original series Powerpuff Girls are Large Planet Level and FTL in speed. That said, I'd say they solo with ease up until getting to the characters in the 1mil range at most, who ought to get FTL speed scaling via Kaioken x10 Namek Goku and Kaioken being stated to multiply speed linearly.

Reboot Powerpuff girls are just Building level and Hypersonic, so they solo the 21st TB (minus Oozaru Goku and Manly GAINZ Roshi) but lose to #8.
