This power up was probably just a one time thing. If it affected Bardock’s power for real then I’d lower my numbers.

AT said Bardock's power was high but not one of the strongest Saiyans like Vegeta and his father. Without that burst he's definitely still weaksauce as far as elite Saiyans go.

I suspect that Gohan inherited Bardock's Power with Emotions, that's why he constantly pulled surprising powers like saving himself from a Tiger, since he had a very small power.

The True UI is basically a UI Sign (Power with Emotions).

Change Elec (Current) to 192,000 as Frieza stated that Elec was the less powerful brother of the Heata. Probably in those 40 years Elec was the one who progressed the least, due to his slightly advanced age.
