His speed-blitzing of Piccolo, I'd think at-least suggest a Vegeta/Kiwi kind-of gap. It's very similar to that speed showing, too.

Would 2 million work with Vegeta being at 2.3m and Freeza at 3 million though? I know trying to fit the Daizenshu is very hard but that's what I wanted to do with my list.

Good intentions, but I think it'd be tough. If you were strictly going by Daizenshuu then I think your number is also fine, since it's still a stomping gap.

I think your gap between 3rd form Freeza and final Zenkai Vegeta is extremely small. Vegeta was at least a bit of confident that with his new Zenkai he could have a chance against final form Freeza (though he was sweating and clearly a bit nervous, sure). He could somewhat compete with final form Freeza's speed, forcing Freeza to increase his speed. Vegeta was just utterly outclassed when Freeza increased his speed. Final form Freeza was much stronger than 3rd form.

Also, I think initial base Goku's gap over Vegeta should be way more significantly than this, considering he could fight pretty well with a Freeza who kicked Vegeta's most powerful blast away.

There are no set gaps for any feat to be possible or impossible.
Vegeta thought he was a Super Saiyan, he wasn't actually paying attention to Freeza's ki, he was in denial.

The 200,000 gap between initial Goku and Vegeta is enough for him to do that.As I said above, there are no required gaps for any feat to be possible.
I suppose I could lower the Alien Freeza and subsequently the others a bit to make the gap between Goku and Vegeta a bit bigger.
