Pre Majin Vegeta SSJ2 vs Super Perfect Cell

Vegeta was unsure if he was stronger than Gohan or not, despite the fact that he knew he hadn't been keeping up with his training.
Chapter: 423 (DBZ 229), P4.1
Vegeta: “Your body’s gotten rusty. No matter how peaceful it may be, you should still train just in case.”
Chapter: 426 (DBZ 232), P4.2-3
Vegeta: “At that time there was a large gap between our powers…But what about now? While you’ve been enjoying peace, I’ve continued to train.”
He is still definitely < Kid Gohan. Super Perfect Cell is very close to SSj2 Kid Gohan imo, so he'd win with mid-high difficulty most likely.
