Rematch. Vegeta unlocks his ascended form before training in the ROSAT and heads straight for 18 for a rematch. Can he win?

I think 18 narrowly wins due to better stamina. She’s his equal at best.

She outlasts him even with a small power disadvantage.

I think Vegeta would have the same advantage over 18 that he did over Zarbon, but with her infinite energy and his G2 strain she would be able to last long enough to win.

Vegeta completely demolishes her. Grade 2 is a substantial increase in power. The power increase was commented on many times by piccolo.
