I have Manga Alternate Zamasu a little weaker than Alternate Trunks, who's equal to SSJ3 Goku, so he wins.

Considering Goku powered down to SSJ when seeing how strong Zamasu was, it's most likely that SSJ Goku > Manga Zamasu. As long as we exclude Future Zamasu's immortality and assume his anime self can also use telekinesis, Present Zamasu takes this pretty easily.

True, forgot that. Given that, I guess he could end up somewhat close to SS3 Galu, given Goku didn't herald Trunks as being vastly above Zamasu.

Future Zamasu wins this one IMO. SSjin2 Trunks > SSjin3 Goku ~ Future Zamasu > SSjin2 Goku > Present Zamasu

Vegeta trained Trunks in the gravity and Goku was shown to be meditating before their 1st trip to the future, so it's possible that the 3 of them powered up so much. After all, Piccolo powered up by meditating too.

The truth does not seem to suggest that their SSJB forms are superior after that day. It looks more like that its inferior forms were increased and thus to diminish the gap between its forms SSJB on its SJS. That's why Vegeta SSJB was not colossally superior to his SSJ2.
