I don’t know tbh. He was a big shot in the revolutionary army so he can’t be that weak. But I’m struggling to remember if he had any impressive feats.

His feats are punching Saturn, which would kill him if not for regen
Didn't he damage all of Thriller Bark? Nobody else can do that, except WB/BB. He's top tier from 5 miles away.

He speed-blitzed Luffy's crew before the timeskip. Sentomaru couldn't do that.

He beats everyone by sending them to space or to the Florian Triangle if they're a DF user who can't swim.

Yeah just being able to move Saturn is a pretty big feat. Idk maybe he's Jinbe tier?

What about his bounty though? He became a Shichibukai when he was at the height of his power and his bounty was sub 300 million.

You have to apply the same logic to Crocodile having an 81 mill bounty.

There is no semblance of rational thought for any of these bounties lol.

Yea that's fair. I guess somewhere on the Commander tier is fair for him. Beyond that it's just a guess.

81 million with inflation is 300 million
300M with inflation is 1.1 billion.
