Meruem >> Royal Guards >/>> Old Netero in terms of overall Nen power. Not sure if 100 Armed Guanyin affects Netero's overall Nen power, though if so, he'd be above the Royal Guards by enough to have a good advantage over them, though his Zero Hand, with should be >> his other Guanyin techniques didn't do much damage to Meruem.
