Prime Whitebeard vs Garp

[SSJ2]

Both at their strongest versions. Who wins?

[Captain Cadaver]

Whitebeard with extreme-diff. Despite Garp's feats, WB is the only character hailed as Roger's near-equal, not to mention his DF giving him more variety in techniques than Garp who's just shown brute force as of now.
