In terms of power, the Saiyans should have enough to take this if they can all hit Boo with their best Ki attacks simultaneously, but that's a pretty big "if". Even though we didn't see the extent of this Boo's regeneration, there's no reason to believe his is any less when a Boo of lesser power like Good Boo regenerated as well as normal and Pure Evil Boo's fighting style presents him as both serious and opportunistic. Considering Vegeta isn't the type to perform teamwork well and Gohan's skills are incredibly rusty, it's very likely Boo would capitalise on these to throw off their teamwork and pick them off individually, likely using his chocolate beam.

I think they would end up losing to Grey Boo considering Piccolo seemed sure it wouldn't have made the slightest difference against Fat Boo, and Grey Boo contains most of Fat Boo's power. Maybe they could do it if they concentrate everything in a big chi blast, but I find that unlikely with the versatility Boo's abilities begets him.

Fat Boo is considerably weaker than SSjin 3 Goku.

What did Good Boo do to make him so strong. It makes sense to place Good Boo as strong as Fat Boo (first power up)

Woah. That gap is no different than Vegeta vs Cui. Goku never went all out in an effort to kill Fat Boo, but there is nothing to support him holding back power in SSJ3 form. Boo was able to keep up with him the entire fight and the fight was close enough that Piccolo needed Goku to confirm whether or not he could have killed Boo.

Goku was not even trying. he was stalling and just impressed how Boo could copy his attacks. Also comparing gaps from the early DBZ is really inconsistent.
