Context: Trunks wants heal Goku and Vegeta
Kaioshin: “Trunks, please wait…!! You are only able to restore one person as powerful as Super Saiyan Blue! You can’t heal both of them. You have to choose either Goku or Vegeta!”

The quote is pretty self-explanatory.

Episode 37
Time: around 0m40s
Context: Elder Kaioshin says it's their chance to finish Baby off now that he's knocked out
Kibitoshin: "I see! I'm going to go there and revive Goku-san, right?"
Elder Kaioshin: "You nitwit! You don't have the kind of power it would take to revive Super Saiyan 4 Goku!"

As such, Kibitoshin cannot heal a SSJ4-tier character at all, while Trunks can heal a single SSJB-tier character.

Is it a legit proof that a SSJ4 Goku (Baby Arc) > SSJB Goku (FT Arc) ? Or Trunks's healing is more potent since he is that much more powerful than Kibitoshin ? I'm curious.

Same as already said. Trunks' feats and scaling from those of Base Goku's in the manga place even his base form astronomically above Kibitoshin, so even without GT being a separate continuity making comparison difficult, this still seems consistent overall.

Not sure why Kibitoshit can't heal Galu when Dende with a power level under Jheese can heal Ultimate Gohan....

Kibito also healed Galu and Vegeta in chapter 26, but that either shows how haxed Kibito's training was, or he could've just restored their wounds but not all of their ki I suppose.
