So after my semester, I'm back rereading DBZ again from the beginning. I just finished Raditz's arc so here are my questions.

1. Raditz said to Goku that he was a First-Class Warrior. From my knowledge he was just a low class warrior and I think even Toriyama himself said this too.

2. Also, why was Raditz surprised that Goku and Piccolo can amplified their finishing moves? Isn't that normal for aliens to do that? Was he just surprised that the Earthlings could do that?

3. Didn't the humans learned how to sensed ki since pre DBZ? How come they can't sense Raditz was coming?

4. Also how strong of the native folks that the Saiyans were planning to attack? Also according to Raditz they would need Goku's help whose power level was just around 300 so how can that help?

If wanting to view it as something other than a retcon, the simplest explanation is that Raditz doesn't like to view himself as low-class, especially towards those far weaker than him.

2. Also, why was Raditz surprised that Goku and Piccolo can amplified their finishing moves? Isn't that normal for aliens to do that? Was he just surprised that the Earthlings could do that?
The only fighters in the Freeza Force suggested to have enough Ki control to amplify their power are Vegeta and Ginyu, as well as maybe Reacoom. The members of the Freeza Force are constantly shown surprised at the abilities of others to control their battle power. It'd make sense for Raditz to not even be aware of Vegeta's ability to do so as Vegeta made it quite clear in his battle with Goku he'd never fought anyone capable of pushing him so far.

3. Didn't the humans learned how to sensed ki since pre DBZ? How come they can't sense Raditz was coming?
Only Goku and Piccolo are known to be able to sense Ki, whilst the humans had to rely on viewing an opponent's movements.

4. Also how strong of the native folks that the Saiyans were planning to attack? Also according to Raditz they would need Goku's help whose power level was just around 300 so how can that help?
Considering it seemed to be the planet that Nappa and Vegeta were casually slaughtering warriors on in their introduction, likely no challenge to those two. From Raditz's constant attempts to persuade Goku to join him even after seeing his loss of memories and tail, it can be inferred that Raditz just wanted to fight alongside his brother and used his explanation as a front to go to Earth and recruit him.

If you started reading the story from the very beginning then you wouldn't be asking this question.

That was the plan but in order for me to regain my love to the series I have to read what made me a fan of the first place and that was DBZ. Early DB will probably bored me even more. :giraffe

While reading the first arc, I thought there's a chance that Vegeta and others are planning to rebel on Freeza army hence why Raditz tried to recruit Goku.

That was likely a reason in Raditz's mind, considering Vegeta made it clear he wasn't satisfied living under Freeza's rule and Raditz likely expressed similar sentiments of his inferiority. I doubt this would be a plan Vegeta concocted, considering his reaction to the idea of teaming up with Zarbon, though it's definitely something that Raditz could consider.

Since when did Roshi learned how to sensed ki? While driving a space ship to check out the battlefield, he said that he was having a hard time sensing others ki.

Fearless 2k19 he always had the ability to sense Ki.

Chapter: Chapter 80, P.9.1
Context: More seriously, Kame-sennin admits Blue is quite an adversary.
Kame-sennin: “This opponent is a tough one... I couldn’t even sense his presence... Besides, he tied us up in a way that the rope actually tightens when you try to free yourself!!”

That statement seems more to do with Roshi's heightened senses, considering it didn't seem as though he could sense Raditz.

More confirmation that Roshi was always training in secret. :panties

Like CC said, he couldn't even sense Raditz like Goku did in the beginning of the series. I guess Roshi was training in secret. :troll

Also another question, was monster Zarbon close to Vegeta during their second bout? I don't think they were since the fight doesn't implied that at all.

Vegeta did choose to rely on the dirt tactic. Him doing so would suggest that, at the very least, the gap between them wasn't big. Vegeta also commented on the effectiveness of his tactic rather than purely his power after the fact, making it apparent the fight would've been quite different if he chose to take Zarbon on fairly.
It's worth noting that even after having been fatigued by Vegeta's surprise combo, Zarbon was still able to match his blows for a short while before Vegeta fatally wounded him.

Yamcha (at the 23rd Budokai) : "astounding... I can barely feel Goku's presence at all."

so it seems Yamcha had the ability to sense chi already and so did Kuririn likely, but it probably wasn't sharp enough for them to sense raditz getting closer or for them to accurately grasp their opponent's strength.

Could it be that he was also keeping an eye on Krillin and Bulma in case they try to leave which they did? That could also be a factor.

Vegeta easily saw to avoiding that, so I doubt that was a major factor to either of their performances.

he easily saw to that but that moment of distraction allowed Zarbon to escape his barrage of chi blasts.

Goku said that King Kai had sent him a new dogi when he was in the hospital, how did King Kai managed to do that?

And also since Popo managed to go to the other side of Earth with Bulma in an instant, why couldn't he just bring Goku into the battlefield in the same way? :troll

Also when Freeza locked Goku in a barrier and paralyzed him but Goku managed to escape, Piccolo mentioned that Goku used something that allowed him to escaped instantly. Did Goku used Kaioken here?

Probably sent it to Kami who gave it to Baba who could travel through the dimensions :troll

Maybe it can only teleport a person to a place hes already been to :troll2
