Racial Perspective

Does "good and evil" and "right and wrong" differ based on racial perspective? Dragonball is told from the perspective of the human race. If it were told from a different perspective, would it change?

For example, if the story was told from Frieza's perspective, then wouldn't he be doing the "right" thing by exterminating races and planets? What a benevolent exterminator!
