Raditz lost his memory?

Let's say Gohan's enraged attack strikes Raditz's skull rather than his solar plexus with enough force to give him amnesia like his little brother. Raditz immediately gets back up with no memories of who he is and seeing the same thing happened to Raditz as to him, Goku decides to be merciful and let him stay with the Son family, only telling him Raditz's name and that they're brothers. Bulma takes the scouter in case it becomes of use.

With Piccolo having not mentioned the Dragon Balls, do Nappa and Vegeta still go to Earth or do they consider going against Freeza's orders to be too risky? If not, do some of Freeza's men deal with Earth once he finds out about the situation, or do the Artificial Humans kill everyone years later?

...Or does The Chaditz save the Universe somehow?

Let's say that Piccolo, not having reconciled with Goku yet, mentions the Dragon Balls when he assures Goku their next meeting will be their last, and that not even the DBs can help him then.

Afterwards, Galu spars with the amnesiac Raditz and the Earthlings on Kami's, but Piccolo doesn't end up training Gohan under Galu's watch, Chichi doesn't allow him to train and they all get massacred by Vegeta in a year's time.

Raditz one shots the androids with the remote, Babidi does not have enough energy for :1down so he takes a rain check, Raditz oneshots Baby who is in Krillin's body, uses the remote again for hellfighter 17, and Omega roflstomps beerus while Raditz replaces the remote's batteries.

It's hard to tell whether the other two Saiyans would have come. Raditz stated they would come anyway, but Vegeta
later stated they wouldn't have bothered had it not been for dragonballs. Maybe Raditz said that just to scare Goku
or AT retconned it like so many other things.
Since the characters had heard from Raditz that the Saiyans would come, they train hard just in case. In the best
case, Goku/Piccolo reach Suppressed/Daiz Nappa tier, so everybody gets killed by the Saiyans. If the Saiyans
don't come, everybody gets killed by the Androids.
Either way, Vegeta remains a Freeza's servant and I don't think that, under those circumstances, he ever becomes
strong enough to be worthy of becoming Beeruses student, so Beerus doesn't wake up early.

An interesting scenario, though, is this. Without anyone to resist him, Cell absorbs the Androids and becomes
perfect when he wakes up. If the oracle fish predicts him as the next Super Saiyan God, he becomes Whisses
student. U6 does not take place, since Present Cell would wake up much later than that time, so no Zamasu/TOP
Sagas either. Most likely, Cell becomes Beeruses successor as the next god of destruction.
