I think weakened Raditz is weaker than Goku's KMHMH. He couldn't even get off from Goku's full nelson and went to say how weakened he was. Going by the scouter numbers I'd have him at 500 or so.

Freeza had that ability before he even met Krillin im sure and Vegeta may or may not have copied it. He already did know how strong its cutting power was when he warned Nappa, so it's possible Vegeta coulda had the ability way before meeting Krillin.

Besides, not like Kienzan is hard to come up with, pretty standard attack really as far as how much ki and concentration it takes to make one, just a flat disc with all of its power put in its cutting ability. Seems pretty straight forward.

Well logic is bullshit in DB. Everyone should use Kienzan and the Solar Flare combo, it's hax. If DBZ was a video game, that would be the only two moves used all the time in online play.

Yet Vegeta did... Which tells me he did know it prior and just never used it in front of the scrub. Vegeta barley used it in all of DB, so I doubt he used it very often unless cutting was the only option in a pinch, such as Oozaru Gohan.

That's just what I think though..... You could be right, but Nappa not knowing while Vegeta did only proves that Nappa didn't use it and never saw it before. Doesn't mean Vegeta didn't know for sure. Same for Freeza, his being a variant tells me he made his own version before meeting Krillin, maybe even before Krillin was even born.

Maybe Vegeta copied it from Freeza, but I doubt Vegeta ever saw Freeza fight hard enough for him to use it, if at all.

I'll bet you it is a pretty common attack throughout the universe, but that's not to say everyone has seen one or that it is used constantly. Unless it's Freeza's type, it is easily avoidable, and if used as a sneak attack, they have so many other options, they probably don't opt to use it.

Goku obviously copied/stole it, like he does everything else.

Vegeta criticized Nappa for not realizing what kind of attack it was straight away so that tells me he didn't necessarily know the attack already, he could just tell its mechanisms off the bat while Nappa was a fucking imbecile and couldn't.

As for Freeza, he can make rocks levitate fast enough to hurt Goku so he could just easily combine telekinesis with it after copying it from :Krillin. It's probably not too difficult of an attack since #18 can do it, so he may or may not have had it already I guess. He at least wasn't a moron like Nappa and avoided getting cut in half from it that time Krillin used it on him at least.

Eh, either way, I hate that other characters started using it, it should have been Krillin's true signature, as well as the split blast dealy he used to get those saibamen that was never used again until Super!

Kamehameha shoulda stayed the only attack multiple people used, because Yamcha had his (gay) signatures, Tien had kikoho, Chazou had....... mime skills? Blah, blah, blah, even Goku had techniques not used by others even if they originally belonged to someone else, he at least got further with god fist than Kai did, so he kinda "made it his own" and it got scrapped too, shown in Super once.

ANYWAY, point is, that shit shoulda stayed Krillin's as the sole user and creator of the attack.
