Using only Battle of Gods (Movie 14; not Dragon Ball Super) prove Raging Vegeta > Evil Boo. Is it even possible?

It really comes down to your opinion on the rankings.

Just going by the portrayal of the movie, Goku and Vegeta seem to be regarded as the strongest ones there. Gohan powered-up and easily got knocked out with a kick, and Gotenks just got spanked to submission. Vegeta looked like he was already superior or close to them, but Rageta was on another level altogether. He knocked Beers around a good bit to no avail, but I imagine the punches along with the Galick Gun would melt Boo into nothing.

A severely weaker version of Beerus than the one Vegeta fought, was already considered stronger than Vegetto. Next, Beerus was forced to 10% of his battle power. Afterwards, Goku's initial transformation into Saiyan God blew past all his predetermined expectations for God tier power, Beerus & Vegetto. Yet, he's unable to even hit Beerus and he undergoes 3-4 additional power-ups throughout his fight with Beerus

So Vegeta is probably as powerful as Super Vegetto, at the very least. In more likeliness, he's surpassed SSJ3 Vegetto.

Rageta really just needs to be far above Goku.

Super Vegito? That's a bit much. Goku doesn't think Fusion could win, but that isn't the same as not being able to land a hit.

Goku's initial transformation into Saiyan God blew past all his expectations for Vegetto, yet he's unable to land a single hit on Beerus. Then he goes through four power-ups during his fight with Beerus; yet he's only 60% of his total power. There isn't room to have Vegetto very strong.

Even in Battle Of Gods, Vegeta was making Beerus bleed, so he was pummeling him even worse than he did in Dragonball Super. This occurred after Goku dismissed the idea of merging.
