I think a well trained Riachu can do the job. It would be able to withstand any physical punishment Electro can dish out. I believe it could also go longer before running out of juice.

Electro should win he took alot of punishment from spidrman amd kept coming. he can also fly sort of amd had better intelligence being a human.

riachu is tuff but electro can take him out.

What makes you think Electro is stronger physically. He took some good damage, at the same time usually crashing into somethint electrical. There by getting a possible boost.

Pikachu's can knock out an Onyx with physical attacks. I think if this were a level 100 Riachu, it would have better strength than electro.

I think it mainly depends on the moves raichu knows volt tackle might come in handy for one. Thunder shock could paralyze him if we follow game logic here.

It would literally be a stalemate due to how their powers work, so it'd be up to if Raichu headbutted Electro in the groin or if he kicked it.

Depends what level the Raichu is, as well as if we're having stats correlate as powerscaling from Pokedex statements. In this mindset even an average Raichu would have a speed advantage (higher base speed than Pidgeot, who can fly at Mach 2) and a massive power advantage (higher Attack and SP ATK than Pupitar, who can destroy a Mountain with Thrash).

Based on that, Raichu wins fairly easy.

Honestly CC I picture the anime in my head when I think about it, but I don't have a problem with people using the game methods.
