In what order would you place them and why?

Ran-Fan

Ran-Fan used her gimmick a-bit, not sure how with-out it.

Bacterian & Yamcha could go either-way, but I’ll say Yamcha.

Giran gave Goku quite a-bit of trouble.

I'd probably go with what SHC said, though Ranfan is tough to judge. She was a gimmick fighter but she still qualified for the finals. Namu was also dodging her attacks. She could be ahead of Bacterian imo
