How'd u rank those 3, during the above instance, by strength?

To me it goes like Karin > Roshi > Chi-Chi

Exclude Bulma, of course.

Seriously though, Chichi > Karin > Roshi. Assuming it was due to a loss of shouki and yuuki, Chichi making Weighted Goku sweat was very impressive regardless of his condition, not to mention she should've seen him oneshot Chappa who probably wasn't far behind Roshi at that point (if at all).

I've argued for it in the past, but I don't know if Chi-Chi's feat against Goku serve as a baseline for her strength. It was for a measly panel, plus shouldn't we be arguing > Chi-Chi > Cyborg Tao Pai Pai considering Ten was about equal to weighted Goku and Ten didn't show any sign of difficulty in reacting to Cyborg Tao Pai Pai?

Goku was clearly flustered when Chichi attacked him, therefore lacking shouki and yuuki, so the feat can be seen as consistent when assuming his Ki dropped to a level below Tenshinhan's against Taopaipai.

It would still be doubtful it fell to the extent he'd be on the same tier as Roshi or Karin though, considering such a major drop would've obviously been pointed out.

It was a given that the finalists of the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai are stronger than everyone else on Earth. Even ignoring how Goku reacted when Chi-Chi attacked him, Master Roshi notably impressed by her fighting prowess.

Master Roshi is probably lower than Karin given how he reacted to him on the plane.


Now: Master Roshi >>> Karin > Chi-Chi

Roshi was training in secret. Even though he could've helped out, he wanted the new generation to take over.

Too stronk. We at least know Galu can slap away Chichi when necessary. Bulma phased Beerus and wasn't KO'd by his slap. She'd solo Z if she felt like it 2.

Chi-Chi couldn't keep up with the light-speed fights at the 23rd tournament whereas Roshi could. Not sure how far Roshi is behind Goku at the time of the Piccolo Daimao arc, but Karin says Goku has surpassed him at that point so it's difficult to say who's stronger of the two. What I am sure of though is that Chi-Chi is the weaker of the three.

Not only that, but Roshi wasn't able to keep track of Goku's true speed in the prior Budokai, a level vastly below even Goku's initial showings at the 23rd TB.
