Who is the First DB Character capable of killing all the real-life US army?

Yes, but if we include the Nuclear Bombs, I think it would take someone like Kamisama to resist all the Nuclear Bombs.

The most powerful bomb in history was 50 megatons of TNT. The attack that Piccolo Daimao used was 97 Megatons of TNT. I still have that attack far inferior to Tenshinhan.

I have Piccolo Daimao Young 100% more powerful than the most powerful Nuclear Bomb launched so far.

Goku can just dodge it by Nimbus but yeah it would take someone from King Piccolo arc top tiers to fight it.

Dodging a nuclear bomb isnt enough lol. That shit will still fuck you up if you're a mile away. And it has more than just an explosion.

And who says Piccolo's attack had the xplosive force of 97 megatons of TNT?

If it's just the army's general equipment such as ground soldiers, planes, drones and tanks, they may overpower Post-Karin Goku. The RRA was only stated to be capable of overpowering the police, not the King's army, plus the armies of Part 1 DB seem nowhere near as advanced as the modern US Army who could definitely deal with one Large Building level foe. It probably take no less than Less than 50% Old Daimao since he's the only real jump up in tiers from there bar Ten's City Block to Multi-City Block level Kikoho (which would just leave him drained) and Piccolo destroying the King's army was treat as a noteworthy feat.
Including the nukes the US Army has, it probably take at least Kami or 23rd TB Goku/Piccolo to counter the bombardment and radiation affects.

Whilst I agree about that, it has been shown in Super that Ki concentration can negate poisons potent enough to affect characters at least of Solar System level, so it's safe to say a strong enough character could negate radidation with their Ki. It'd probably take a completely different tier to do so though, given how Base Goku/Vegeta were leagues above Lavender, so maybe it'd take an Island level character or above such as Kami or 23rd TB Goku/Piccolo to do so.

Then Piccolo Daimao Old (Less than 40%) would be the First Character capable of eliminating the US.

Kamisama, but Goku and Piccolo (TB23) would be able to resist all the US attacks, and then defeat them. It is said that the US has around 6,800 Nuclear Bombs.

It would be interesting to see a Goku Movie (TB23) ending with the entire US Army.

Do you think Goku (TB23) can kill all the world's armies (receiving the attack of all the World Nuclear Bombs)? I have my doubts, but otherwise, maybe Goku (BoZ) if it resists? At least I am completely sure that for Raditz it would be nothing to receive all those Nuclear Bombs together.

Recent estimations suggest the total number of nukes in the world is roughly 14,900, so a combined bombardment would be Large Island level or so. 23rd TB Goku/Piccolo have far more durability than that though, since Piccolo's Chobakuretsumaha levelling Papaya Island, somewhere described as akin to a small continent, was at least a Small Country level feat and a fatigued Goku still took it just fine. Assuming he can also block the radiation, he tanks it just fine though if not, it'd take BoZ Weighted Goku/Piccolo to do so.

Just to contest the latter point; Officer Black's mech fired a non-nuclear missile that destroyed a large portion of a decently-sized mountain; a feat that is far beyond anything the U.S Army can possibly attempt to accomplish with their missiles which, as far as non-nuclear weaponry goes, caps at 11 tons with the MOAB. That's a difference of at least one million times, considering this attack is in the double-digit megatons, whereas the best nuclear weapon the U.S Military has as of now is only 1.5 megatons, even if we compare nuclear weapons it'd still be a difference of at least ten times.

Goku in the Red Ribbon arc is fast enough to dodge conventional missiles (anything that isn't a ballistic missile will cap in the Mach 4 to 5 range, and the sheer distance assures that he will have lots of time to dodge), strong enough to tear apart anything they throw his way - I'd say it's a fair assessment that he solos unless we're talking nuclear weapons.

Something like the Tsar Bomba would waste anyone in DB.

Which doesn't exist in the modern world and never will anymore. The US's strongest bomb is only 1.2 megatons. It's also slow enough to be reacted to by Goku and outpaced by Kinto'un, so yeah...I personally say 22rd Goku solos.

1. The attack has been calced to be just Town level iirc.
2. Goku was absolutely shocked at said explosion, so I doubt he could take the actual impact of it exploding. Same situation as with Taopaipai's grenade.
3. The Red Ribbon Army have far less ballistic missiles than the US Army from what has been shown, so Post-Karin Goku would still struggle to dodge a bombardment despite his speed being enough to blitz a single one.
