Why do you have Weighted Piccolo and SSJ Vegeta so close? Also where is Initial Cell?

Done with first half of Cell arc. Power levels should be very rough. Likely aren't as good as the Freeza arc ones. Should I do the 10x thing after the RoSaT instead?

@ahill1 some questions:

Why do you have Future #17 using 38% of his power?

Why is there a suppressed Mecha Freeza?

Why weighted Kamiccolo = #18? Or is that just how the numbers came out?

That's because I feel one armed Gohan should be at least noticeable stronger than less than half #17, as he was somewhat confident in defeating him and #18 at the same time without an arm. I could make 160M being his 40%, but if so he'd end up too close to future #18 and I also wanted to keep a noticeable difference between them.

Because Gohan said the power they were sensing from Freeza was still much, much weaker than his 100% in Namek. If Mecha Freeza at full power was > 100% organic Freeza, so he should be suppressed when he arrived on Earth to warrant such comment from Gohan.

Well weighted Kamiccolo was said to rival both Androids and we know unweighted Kamiccolo = 17, so I just thought having him while weighted at 18's level sounds reasonable enough. He is probably not quite equal to 18, since I feel if he was exactly equal to her, 16 would mention it.

That's not an error. #17 >= Piccolo >= #18 could work. #17 also stated with #18 right in front of him that no one rivals him.
