Since I use lower multipliers for Gotenks, the gap I have for SS3 Goku and the Boo Arc top tiers isn't mind-blowingly big. With the scaling implied in the first two arcs of GT, I end with BoGT Goku being not too much stronger than Base Gotenks (post) by my numbers, so that's the furthest Redjic gets in DBZ imo.

He'd lose to Super Saiyan Gotenks post-RoSaT, most likely as badly as he did to Super Saiyan Goku, but he'd easily beat anyone else from Z below that.

Imo: SSJ Gotenks (post-RoSaT) is his closest rival, and that is who he would lose to if he ran a Z gauntlet.

So, Redjic can only beat as far as Base Gotenks. Super Gotenks takes him out with the utmost ease.

EDIT: I just remembered i have Gotenks' multiplier as 5x
