Definitely not. Recoome was toying with Vegeta for the entire fight, and despite Vegeta getting in some point blank hits - including a full power ki barrage, he took zero damage whatsoever. Adding in Zarbon won't change anything.

I think it's the same situation as Piccolo's statement 'we might just be enough' when he suggested that he and Goku teamed up against Raditz.

As SSJ2 said, Reacoom wasn't serious against Vegeta (Daizenshuu being even more specific he was only half serious in all his battles) and still tooled him. Factoring in someone of at best equal power but with far worse skill, stamina and durability won't make a difference.

The result would be the same, other than perhaps Reacoom taking it seriously. If he can stomp Vegeta without really trying and only suffer some superficial damage, then adding in two more that can only do the same isn't going to do anything fatal for Reacoom, not to mention his Reacoom Ultra Fighting Bomber could just wipe them out in little time.

I think that's a tougher one to judge. 17 stated that 18 would lose to Vegeta, Trunks and Piccolo. Is that so much different than 2 Vegetas + Zarbon vs Recoome? I'm not so sure. I'd personally have SSJ Vegeta being closer to 18 than Vegeta was to Recoome, but I don't think it's all that big of a difference.
