Reject Dial vs who?

[Warmmedown]

It killed Enel meng (@Fantastische Hure)
So what if it was against Crocodile? Or against Skypeia Zoro? First appearance Franky? Against Blueno? Pacifista?

It should slaughter Alabasta Crocodile realistically. I find it hard to scale Enel given how hard his fruit carries him, but I can't see the reject dial killing someone like Blueno.
