I think I’ll go with Masenko > Kikoho. Should definitely be stronger than Piccolo, but that’s it.

It might be the best bet honestly. Gohan can't be more than 2,500 or so and he sends Nappa absolutely flying, right? Even if it's a surprise, he's gotta be closing in on Nappa a bit don't you think? I think I might keep the same numbers, but just change the interpretation.

So we have to work out what happens with Nappa if he does what Raditz did or does he end up like Freeza with the Kamehameha? If punching back is better than blocking with the hand, he probably ends up like Freeza, right? How come Reecome wasn't wrecked by the Final Crash? It's like Reecome needs to be 45-50k or something it feels like.

Not sure if Cell walked through the blast, or if he got knocked on his ass without damage.

We can be pretty sure that Cell walked through it and the reason he is in the water is that the land he was going for a casual stroll on no longer existed. Cell showed the most disrespect to a blast ever in the series. To not give this area credit is nerfing imo. It's blatantly obvious Cell does not care at all about this blast.

Recoome’s armor is gone and he’s covered in bruises. Nappa just got his shoulder pads blown away I think.

Yeah, I'll have to look into how damaged Reecome is. Because we are considering this an equal level blast most likely, right?

I can ask you the same by having a 1.5x Amp for Piccolo's blast and not at least his Makankosappo Amp like 3.25x.

Maybe? SSjinG 3 Goku is definitely stronger than Initial Semi Perfect Cell. I think he would be a little stronger than his full power too, so this is how it scaled me.

Grade 3 Goku >> Semi Cell >>> Piccolo > Ssj Goku

Your Grade 2 and 3 boosts are too small, they aren’t covering enough ground.

I can ask you the same by having a 1.5x Amp for Piccolo's blast and not at least his Makankosappo Amp like 3.25x.

SBC fully charged up is a superior amp to Light Grenade. Light Grenade is his fastest quick charge attack.

Also I don’t have SBC as that powerful it’s only like 2x for me. AT messed up all those levels.

But that was not a little after they trained. Gohan was a SSjin and got his hair cut. Goku had to train some to be able to use the grades. I think SSjin Goku could easily surpass Kamiccolo.

SBC is still 3.25x Amp because Piccolo's BP was 408. Do you think Piccolo would use a weaker attack on Cell? That makes no sense. The LG Amp should be even superior. Otherwise why not using SBC?

Yes, LG should be much weaker than SBC. Spirit Bomb is stronger than Kamehameha but they use Kamehameha anyway. Time is a factor, SBC has a time issue.

It's not implied that Goku surpassed Piccolo significantly in the RoSaT.
