Roshi (Bankoku Bikkuri Sho) vs Tao Pai Pai

21TB Roshi lands the Bankoku Bikkuri Sho on Tao. Can he kill Tao with it? Or at least weaken him?

Think Tao would just break out with mid diff honestly. I don't think Gohan was massively above Roshi at the time they fought.

I've got Tao several times weaker than 21st Oozaru Goku who broke out of it like nothing, so there's some leeway here. Just given how powerful Tao was portrayed to be, I think he'd escape it.
