Roshi had Ultra Instinct from the start?

Let's say Ultra Instinct was gained from Roshi's centuries of training and he had developed to the level of his use against Jiren by the start of DB. How does this impact the series?

Obviously, this will mean he wins the 21st TB with ease, but how does this change the battle against Daimao? Do you believe he'd bother to teach it to his students and, if so, do you believe they'd develop it to change the series at all?

Roshi would've just jobbed Daimao and honestly most of Z. Kasheral is at least able to fight with SS Goku and didn't get instantly ousted by Kefla. Roshi straight up grabbed his arms and fanned him out. That isn't skill, that's straight power. I would assume Roshi would try to teach Galu and co.
