Could Jinbei use a rumble ball (not speciesist).
Could Zoro or Usopp use it? And become huge?
And how is a rumble ball even possible? You just grow loads. So you have more cells? Or your cells get bigger, filled with water or whatever that liquid in cells is called...cytoplasm? Took a while to recall that. Then you go back to normal, so either the cells disappear (how?) or they grow smaller. But if the cells just grew, still how does the cell membrane not break? Do the zoans and minks all have some special dna which reacts to a rumble ball?
Would a rumble ball work in a vacuum? Just Chopper in a vacuum, with an oxygen tank with a spacesuit made of saiyan armour. Is the rumble ball taking something from the atmosphere?
