He's at best equal to Katakuri and as far as standing compared to the other Yonko Second-In-Commands I wouldn't say he's above Marco, especially when current events would suggest Marco is going to get hyped up within the plot once focus shifts away from Wano. Assuming Marco hasn't gotten any stronger, I'd say comparative performances against Admirals would place him and Sabo as equals and wouldn't say having a DF would boost Sabo's power at all.
Tl;dr, Marco ~ Sabo > Katakuri ~ G4 Luffy. Unless Luffy's gained a Zenkai from the Katakuri and Kaidou fights, Sabo wins with high to extreme-diff.

I don't really think Sabo got stronger with his DF yet. He's still just playing.
Sabo handles this, with a lot of difficulty. He could lose though.
