Goku is both far stronger than Saga (Multi-Galaxy to Small Universe whilst Saga's just Galaxy level) and many times faster (MFTL+ VS barely FTL). In terms of stats, he one-shots Saga and any other Gold Saint from the canon. If, however, he chooses not to attack first and Saga hits him with either Another Dimension or Genro Maoken, the Gold Saint has a chance of winning.
