Saganbo referred to Yuzun as being unbeatable when transformed, which would be fairly weird if Yuzun was inferior to his current self. On top of that, Yuzun was commanding the two prisoners who evenly clashed with SSJ Goku and Vegeta to further validate his significance. Yuzun ought to take this.

1.- Saganbo
2.- Super Yuzun
3.- Goku Base (Post Merus)
4.- Vegeta Base (Post Yadart)?

I don’t see why Saganbo would include himself when saying Yuzun was unbeatable. Might as well say Yuzun > Moro too… He was just comparing him to the guys outside of the Brigade.

Saganbo’s power was widely respected by the Galactic Brigade, that why he was the leader. He’s definitely the strongest there.
