So he just kept flip-flopping between both plot-lines? Why? Maybe he didn't want to have Naruto or Sasuke off-screen for too long. :troll :troll :troll

Yeah. Cell Saga went 92 chapters (91 1/2) and Boo Saga went 99 chapters (97 if you take-out the epilogue which was 2 chapters I think).

Exactly after the 1 year time-skip. They make their wishes Yamcha is revived and another wish for the Namekians after that comes the time-skip that's when the Cell Saga starts.

I think Cell Saga should start around when Trunks told Goki about the Androids. The post 1 year skip where the humans were brought back to life should be a continuation of Freeza arc imo.

Yamcha was brought back pre time-skip and we're assured Tenshinhan & Chaozu will be brought back too. That ties-up all the plot-threads from the Freeza saga I think.

Cell arc starts with the Z senshi sensing the pending arrival of Mecha Freeza imo. That was the prelude to Future Trunks appearing which was the prelude to the Androids/Cell conflict after all.

Now that I read up on something and haven't seen a-lot of Naruto Shippuden can the beginning of Naruto Shippuden to the War be considered the Akatsuki saga?

You could technically, though all official sources tend not to label it as such, not to mention the Sai Arc has Orochimaru as the main villain who had long since left Akatsuki at that point. That, and Akatsuki wasn't disbanded after Pain's death, since Tobi and Kisame were still active members.

That throws a wrench into that.

Just looked at Haikyuu!'s wikia & seems that Spring-High Preliminary-Tournament arc is 110 chapters long and the current arc is also going 100 and beyond.

Coalition Invasion arc from a manga called Kingdom is 100 chapters too it seems. Current arc is also going over 100 chapters.

According to Shaman-King wikia 2nd Round arc is 178 chapters. The wikia doesn't have any summary or anything though so I'm not sure.

I cross read/referenced from both Wikipedia & the Wikia and from what it looks like I guess all this can just be considered the "Patch Village arc".

Star-Side Hotel arc from Kaiji might also be. I'm not 100% sure though since there are no manga scans past chapter 23.

Also the entirety of the second part, which you could call an arc. The Underground Labor Camp arc which is seemingly 134 chapters long.

The Underground Labour Camp Arc ends pretty early into Part 2, with most of the part focusing on the Pachinko Arc. Not sure how long that is though.
