So he just kept flip-flopping between both plot-lines? Why? Maybe he didn't want to have Naruto or Sasuke off-screen for too long.
That throws a wrench into that.Captain Cadaver said:You could technically, though all official sources tend not to label it as such, not to mention the Sai Arc has Orochimaru as the main villain who had long since left Akatsuki at that point. That, and Akatsuki wasn't disbanded after Pain's death, since Tobi and Kisame were still active members.
Re: Sagas/Arcs that go 100 chapters or over
I cross read/referenced from both Wikipedia & the Wikia and from what it looks like I guess all this can just be considered the "Patch Village arc".Fantastische Hure said:According to Shaman-King wikia 2nd Round arc is 178 chapters. The wikia doesn't have any summary or anything though so I'm not sure.
The Underground Labour Camp Arc ends pretty early into Part 2, with most of the part focusing on the Pachinko Arc. Not sure how long that is though.Fantastische Hure said:Also the entirety of the second part, which you could call an arc. The Underground Labor Camp arc which is seemingly 134 chapters long.
