I started your list, but making an entire PL list from scratch is not something I can do quickly.

My recommendation is to start with Z, that way you will already have a base draft when you do Super.

Also, are you doing the anime or manga? Because, both have a very different power scale. The manga is easier and more consistent but based off my attempts I personally find the anime funner to do.
