For this scenario, instead of passing down their traditions and legends orally, we'll say Saiyans managed to develop some form of written language to keep accounts of their history, the stimulus being them realising many may lose valuable first-hand sources with the high mortality rate amongst Saiyans (either that, or Yamoshi's spirit GASLIGHTED a Saiyan just as it did a Namekian elder who wrote about the Super Saiyan ). As such, Yamoshi's story goes from being a vague legend to being a detailed fact with the requirements for becoming a Super Saiyan God specified. With all that, does Freeza's attitude towards the Saiyans become even more severe, and how does knowledge of the God ritual affect the events of Z (particularly the Boo Arc where it becomes a possibility)?
Alternatively, you can also include Golden Oozaru as having had a detailed account (considering the anime presents the Legendary Super Saiyan as a Golden Oozaru) if wanting to speculate on how SS4 could've changed the story, be it in a timeline following Toei's pre-Super events with GT as Z's continuation or within Super's continuity.
