Saiyans had recorded history?

For this scenario, instead of passing down their traditions and legends orally, we'll say Saiyans managed to develop some form of written language to keep accounts of their history, the stimulus being them realising many may lose valuable first-hand sources with the high mortality rate amongst Saiyans (either that, or Yamoshi's spirit GASLIGHTED a Saiyan just as it did a Namekian elder who wrote about the Super Saiyan :troll). As such, Yamoshi's story goes from being a vague legend to being a detailed fact with the requirements for becoming a Super Saiyan God specified. With all that, does Freeza's attitude towards the Saiyans become even more severe, and how does knowledge of the God ritual affect the events of Z (particularly the Boo Arc where it becomes a possibility)?

Alternatively, you can also include Golden Oozaru as having had a detailed account (considering the anime presents the Legendary Super Saiyan as a Golden Oozaru) if wanting to speculate on how SS4 could've changed the story, be it in a timeline following Toei's pre-Super events with GT as Z's continuation or within Super's continuity.

I guess there is a minimum PL required for one to become SSJ God, otherwise all Saiyans would become gods. So, when Freeza destroys their planet, with none of them having reached the required PL, nothing changes. Later, in Androids Saga, with 6 Saiyans available, perhaps they try the ritual to fight Androids. If someone successfully becomes one, Androids are overkilled and there are no Cell/Buu Sagas. Perhaps, by the time Beerus arrives, Goku or Vegeta or both have become strong enough to beat him. Then Vegeta becomes a Haikashin in his place (because I don't think Goku would be interested in that position). Zamasu is defeated more easily and Jiren is overkilled by two UI Saiyans (Goku/Vegeta). About Moro, I don't know because I haven't read it.

Not really. It's specified that 6 pure, kind-hearted Saiyans are necessary for the ritual, with the only one that fit the bill for this just prior to Planet Vegeta's destruction being Gine.

Later, in Androids Saga, with 6 Saiyans available, perhaps they try the ritual to fight Androids.
Unless Raditz and/or Nappa are kept alive in this scenario, there wouldn't be, not to mention they'd lack the requirements when Vegeta still wouldn't have reached the "good guy" status required for it.

Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Alternate Trunks, Baby Trunks and Goten (supposing Chichi was already pregnant at the beginning of the Androids Saga). Perhaps the saga could turn into a more emotional one, with Adult Trunks trying to bond with his father and Vegeta eventually getting a heart pure enough for the ritual to be successful.

All official sources that cover the topic cite Goten as being conceived during the wait for the Cell Games.

That's a plot hole though since Goten is somehow 7 years old 7 years after Galu's death against Cell.

Unless the sheer amount of s cells Goten received from Galu sped up the pregnancy yo a couple of months... :troll

It'd be a plot hole even if he was conceived sometime prior to that when he wasn't born until after the Cell Games, considering the Budokai is consistently held on the same date (7th May), which in Age 767 was 5 days before #19 and #20 arrived.

Then, after Buu Saga, Goku and Vegeta desperately try to get a sixth Saiyan, either by trying to impregnate their wives or by pressing Gohan to impregnate Videl. The show turns into ecchi fanservice.
