You should've seen the terminal cancer back in the MFG/Kanzentai days when smaller forums were a lot more prevalent, and I don't think the guidebook statement on #16 was around yet. People would deepthroat Super Android #13's blue dingus to unparalleled depths. I once got into it with a guy on some now-defunct forum that claimed S13 could've been on Perfect Cell's level simply because it took Goku absorbing the Genki-Dama to beat him, and some other hoopla about his skin literally melting off and that was just so amazing that it had to mean the guy was serious business. It was complete lunacy from a guy who seemed to pride himself on being super intelligent with a username like Aristotle or something.

But yeah, S13's been wanked like crazy for years. Nothing new.

But yea, all in all, SA13 being on Android 16's level or slightly superior is totally fine. No reason not to take the statement as being the strongest android as truth. He doesn't have to be levels above 16, 16 can rival him, but give SA13 the edge,

When I first saw Super #13, it was as a giant action figure at some toy store. Of course it was in Japanese so I couldn't read that he was an Android. I honestly thought it was some special transformation of Vegeta because he has the same exact hairstyle. Like, Oozaru 2.0 or some shit.

Anime Bardock indeed requires no debate regarding his power in the TV Special. Manga Bardock from DB Minus on the other hand is a different story, since according to Toriyama, Saiyan classes are based on power and Bardock was only at the peak of low class.
