Episode 1 was good. I like the duo.

The first episode was great. I really like Mugen. He is a badass and I like how he has Zoro's voice. Seems like that Goku/Vegeta type of rivarly

Actually thought numerous times about watching this again (and Cowboy Bebop), since when Champloo was the quintessential "style over substance" anime for me (watched a few episodes or so, after DB, DBZ and maybe some One Piece. Or I actually suspect this was before I started One Piece, when I searched for stuff to watch after DBZ and somehow saw suggestions of Boondocks and Champloo...from sources found on google. Or was it dbzf...didn't think so but could be. How tf would I get Boondocks from DBZ?), which I didn't like but maybe I'd appreciate its strengths now.
