Get the obvious out of the way. We already know Omega > Syn > Nouva > Eis, but what about the other four? They were all incredibly weak to wear Base Goku could've bean them. So How strong do you think they were and who was the strongest to weakest among them?

Qi Xing Long (Pan Absorbed) > Wu Xing Long (Full power) > Base Qi Xing Long > Wu Xing Long >>>> Liu Xing Long >>>>>>>>>>> Liang Xing Long.

As a reference for those unaware of their proper names:

Qi Xing Long = Naturon Shenron
Wu Xing Long = Rage Shenron
Liu Xing Long = Oceanus Shenron
Liang Xing Long = Haze Shenron

Qi Xing Long is far from being weak. SS4 Goku commended him for withstanding his attacks prior to him absorbing Pan and after absorbing Pan, he started stomping Goku who's been drained of Shouki and Yuuki. Wu Xing Long was also dominating Base Goku when only using half of his electrical power, whilst Liu Xing Long was shown capable of holding her own against Base Goku. Finally, Liang Xing Long's obviously the most pathetic of the bunch in terms of raw power.

I just watched the final battle. Because the earlier episodes of arc seems to be just a gag imo.
