Who wins? Personally, I want to see Mufasa go down. Sheer Khan had the mind of Scar, but with way more muscle. Plus, he had superior strength to Baloo, a much larger animal.

The entire jungle was afraid of him, including Baloo, who wanted no part of Khan. If Baloo even had a chance, he would not have been so worried about a single tiger. Also, King Louis had an entire army of monkeys and still needed fire in order to scare Khan and establish his superiority.

A tiger is so much faster than a bear. A bear might have an advantage in pure strength, but a tiger will use the speed to take the bear down. It also depends on what kind of bear it is, but Baloo does not have a physical advantage over Shere Khan in any way because he's not a big bear. He's an indian sloth bear and they are generally not among the strongest types of bears in the world.
