In the Cell saga? Of-course somethings’d have to be changed but I think it also could have been a good surprise, if Tao hadn’t appeared in the 23rd Tenkaichi-Budokai before because Bulma saw him there.

Maybe. It would've made as much sense as Gero somehow making himself and other Androids stronger than Freeza.

Should've been Spike the Devilman. Vegeta would turn up excited to show off his SSJ and get instantly imploded by a guy in lycra (doesn't "stretch to any size", but still very comfortable). Only Gohan, Chi Chi, Arale and maybe Krillin would be able to save Goku after his heart attack.

Even though I really enjoyed watching Tien stomp Tao, I think a Cyborg Tao much later would've been an even better idea. Imagine Tao upgraded with an infinite energy reactor.
