Shouldn't the Ssj2 and Cell transformation be a bigger gap?

Shouldn't the Ssj2 and Cell transformation be a bigger gap than just 2x Ssj?

Many people have it above 2x (not for cell though they have his boost mad weaker than gohan). Although, it does not have to be at all.

I always thought 2X worked out fine, at least for the numbers I made. I think there are bumps in the road no matter what numbers someone chooses to use.

I go for SSJ2 being a 3x personally

Cell's transformation should be lower than Gohan SS2's multiplier.
