Well, Cell told the kid's power was starting to raise or something like this. Doesn't seem to be by an amazing amount, more like a 1.1x increase imo.

Gohan - 30,000,000,000
~slightly enaranged - 33,000,000,000
~SSJ2 - 66,000,000,000

Something like this imo. Or the slight increase when he was seeing the Cell Juniors spanking his friends could just be the fruit of 'SSJ2' taking effect, not affecting how strong SSJ2 Gohan would be overall.

Yea, it wasn't anything special. When Gohan is trying to turn Super Saiyan for the first time, he is getting himself worked up and Goku tells him not to do it like that, that he's only raising his power. I always found that interesting. Gohan getting angry raising his level yet again. Yet, this isn't the right way to transform, because Gohan has to reign in that emotion and control it.

I also have always thought about Angry Gohan much differently than from a numerical standpoint. Basically, he got so angry, a Super Saiyan 2 form was forced upon him to contain his rage. Not that the rage doubled on top of the Super Saiyan 2, just that he hit such a level that Super Saiyan 2 was able to contain his power better.

I'm not so sure about SSJ2 just showing up because SSJ couldn't handle that power, or something like this. I mean, future Trunks [age 14] was also a SSJ, and his SSJ form was also weaker than base Gohan, who shouldn't be well above 3 millions. His base power had still plenty of potential to handle his power, yet he transformed into a SSJ.

That's true. But that would be a typical transformational situation. As I said, Gohan is a different kind of beast. He's the only one who has rage boosts. No one else in the manga gets stronger from merely getting angry.
