Assuming you're talking about Disney Tarzan, Shrek stomps pretty hard. Tarzan can only match Shrek's Wall Level strength from the kinetic energy boost swinging from a vine provides him, which not only is a purely environmental factor, but also doesn't make up for his durability still being street level. Shrek has comparable speed to him based on both dodging arrows with ease, so it won't take much for Shrek to tag and oneshot Tarzan.
