Sick SSJ Goku vs Piccolo

Both from the early android arc obviously. Goku's health doesn't decline and remains as strong as he was initially vs 19. Who wins?

Goku was stomping #19 and close to shutting him down, but he was trying his hardest.

Piccolo pretty much dropped a more powerful #20 with far less effort.

I always had Piccolo as the superior one here.

I've always considered Goku's tank on 19 to be extremely impressive. He also seemed to be in good condition at that point... It was only after he assaulted 19 continuously that he started to slow down. Given that Piccolo didn't immediately speak up about Goku's power, couldn't Goku have been stronger at the beginning of the fight?

Obviously. 19 is flying at Goku at maximum velocity and Goku stops him without taking any impact. Pretty damn impressive feat if you ask me.
