I'm not too well versed in GT, but weren't the Sigma Force aware that Goku had killed Lood? And according to Herms' big timeline, the time between Lood and M2 was ~4 months.

They should be aware for sure, assuming Rild told them. If it's 4 months, then the gains Goku made were fucked. Lv 3 Luud is implied to be > SSJ Goku (even though he didn't use it), but Base Goku = Rild 4 months later.

I'm not sure yet. I'm only just starting M2 and the Mega Cannon Sigma have only just captured Goku and Trunks. I know enraged Pan ends up killing Nutt, though.

She also knocks Rild on his ass, and Trunks questions if she is stronger than him. I guess TOEI shared some of it's hax instead of giving it only to Goku.
