I doubt Doflamingo was going all out, considering how casually he stalemated Crocodile's attack just by bringing his foot down. Croc also got absolutely wrecked by one hit from Jozu's Brilliant Punk, so at least in terms of raw power, he shouldn't have much to compete with those close to Yonko Commander tier like Doflamingo.
I would've placed Crocodile above Law in terms of pure strength, though Law's hax is enough for me to say otherwise.

That sounds fair, but perhaps Crocodile wasn't all out either? He seemed to be capable of holding back Akainu iirc

Considering how easily Jozu wrecked him and the damage he took, I have severe doubts on Crocodile being much higher than I placed him, plus Doffy would still be significantly above him regardless due to Awakening hax. You could assume Croc also has Awakening due to knowing about it, though such lacks any major evidence and if he does, would be an asspull when he never used it in Marineford. As for holding back Akainu, he only did so through a surprise Sables, and only for a few seconds as Akainu was able to easily resume his pursuit only 2 pages later.

Shadow Asgard Moria ought to be far above Nightmare Luffy, who's leagues above Gear 3rd Luffy, so I can see him being above Jimbei via scaling. There was also a soldier who cited Moria as having once equalled Kaido and whilst Yonko tier Moria is a ridiculous notion, he may have been capable of hanging with a Rookie Kaido and regardless, it helps show Moria isn't a complete joke. The only reasons he performed so shit were due to the form being difficult to maintain and Luffy's blunt force resistance making Moria's attacks ineffective.
