SPC not being too far off SS2 Gohan is more than enough evidence that Cell's gonna stomp Goku.

Cell would win rather easily in my opinion. While I don't have him rivaling Gohan, I think there's still enough space for him to be comfortably above Goku. Best case scenario, this would be a repeat of their first fight.

Goku can match FP Perfect Cell, but falls way short of even Power Weighted Cell.

CG SSJ2 Goku is barely stronger than FP Perfect Cell in my opinion let alone Super Perfect Cell so Goku get's utterly stomped in my opinion.
